We are seeking a skilled Hardware Systems Engineer to join our client's team and work on innovative medical products that will make a real difference in people's lives.

  • Design and develop electronics and firmware for medical devices from concept to production
  • Prototype build, test, and specification of cabling
  • Wiring, design, detailing, crimping, and build of medical devices
  • Test jig design, build, and assembly
  • PCB testing and specification
  • Cost model generation, RoHS analysis, and compilation
  • Electrical safety testing

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills to client-face and convey technical information effectively
  • Demonstrable experience in digital and analogue design
  • Embedded programming expertise in C, C++, C#, Java, Python, or algorithm development
  • Familiarity with CAD tools, such as Altium, for schematic capture and PCB layout
  • Some exposure to EMC compliance design techniques and knowledge of safety and EMC standards
  • Clear and concise report writing with good attention to detail
  • Competency with Microsoft Office products
  • Hands-on, self-motivated, and willing to learn and help evolve the R&D department
