About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our team at Fitzgerald HR. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and other support staff.
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to identify project requirements and opportunities.
  • Design and develop compliant and cost-effective technical solutions for water management and sewage treatment.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, proposals, and other documentation as required.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the water and wastewater sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of water management and sewage treatment processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
