Job Title: Multi Skilled Shift Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and confident Multi Skilled Shift Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance across the site, ensuring that maintenance procedures are followed, and updating records of tasks and work completed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely carry out planned maintenance across the site, adhering to Health & Safety Guidelines.
  • Update records of tasks and work completed, including any spare parts used from the store, using the CMMS system.
  • Be an integral part of the engineering team, responding to breakdowns, establishing root cause analysis, and improving machine reliability and performance.
  • Service and repair equipment on site, performing routine preventative and reactive maintenance.
  • Take ownership of issues, working collaboratively with the team to resolve problems.
Requirements:
  • NVQ/BTEC/C&G Level 3 in an Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
  • A solid understanding of PLC's, pneumatic and hydraulic experience, and computer literacy.
Package and Benefits:
  • Salary: £48,000 - £52,000 DOE.
  • Panama Shift Days and Nights.
  • Contracted 42 Hours per week.
  • 23 Days Annual Leave.
  • Pension.
