Join Our Team at Novotel Cambridge North

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Food and Beverage team as a Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serving guests in all areas of the Food & Beverage department, including the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, and Meetings & Events
  • Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner
  • Ensuring cleanliness of work areas
  • Following departmental and company policies and procedures
  • Complying with legislative and safety regulations
  • Remaining polite and courteous at all times

  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Excellent grooming standards and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • The ability to work on your own or in teams and to adapt to changing situations
  • A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our guests
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends

Additional Information:

We would be advantageous if you could demonstrate the following:

  • Previous experience in the Food and Beverage industry or a related field
  • Experience with cash handling and a basic understanding of Food Hygiene Regulations
