We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Mechanical and CNC Engineer. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from designing and developing cutting-edge solutions to systems and products.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in mechanical engineering to join our team. As an Apprentice Mechanical and CNC Engineer, you will work alongside our experienced engineers to design and develop innovative solutions, systems, and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical systems and products using CAD software
  • Work with our multidisciplinary team to develop cutting-edge solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure designs meet customer requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and records
  • Participate in continuous learning and professional development

Requirements:

  • Strong background in mechanical design and CAD software
  • Practical experience with GD&T and fully defined engineering drawings
  • Experience with design for manufacture and manufacturing systems
  • Interest in or experience in practical making and tooling
  • Programming competence (preferably Python or C++)
  • Chartered Engineer or working towards Chartered Status
