This is a dynamic and varied support role within the HR team at Churchill Living Ltd. As an HR Apprentice, you will play a key part in supporting the attraction, wellbeing, and development of our colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Support the recruitment team with screening CVs, advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, and arranging interviews
- Respond to queries in the HR mailboxes and ensure that all colleagues receive timely responses to their queries
- Produce documentation, such as new starter offers and contracts, promotions, employee changes, and references
- Ensure our HR system (PeopleHR) is kept up to date with any employee updates
- Assist with the starter and leaver processes
- Support the learning & development team with organizing training
- Provide a high level of customer service to all of our colleagues
- A recognized qualification in HR support, providing associate membership to the Chartered Institute of Professional Development
- A broad base of knowledge and experience that will set you up for your future career in HR
- A starting salary of £10,159
