Job Title: Plant Layout Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Plant Layout Engineer to join our team at JAM Recruitment Ltd. As a Plant Layout Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing plant layouts to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement plant layouts to meet client requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency between process and instrumentation diagrams and 3D models
  • Produce technical documents, including progress reports, status reports, and design procedures
  • Ensure compliance with general layout rules for industrial projects
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of general operation of nuclear power stations and associated safety aspects
Requirements:
  • Experience in plant layout design and implementation
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment, piping, HVAC systems, and electrical cable trays
  • Proficiency in 3D design software, such as Navisworks, AutoCAD, PDMS, and E3D
  • French language skills
  • Previous experience in the nuclear industry, particularly with PWRs
