The Langham, London; Europe's first Grand Hotel and a prestigious Forbes 5* rated establishment, is currently seeking a Culinary Support Specialist to enhance our Back of House operations. We are in search of a dedicated hospitality expert, equipped with the skills to deliver exceptional service.

As a Culinary Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • maintaining cleanliness across all kitchen spaces and equipment to the highest standards
  • organizing and ensuring proper storage of all utensils, dishware, and glassware
  • assisting culinary and service staff in transporting food and equipment
  • adhering to established cleaning protocols regarding chemicals and equipment while following daily and weekly sanitation schedules
  • complying with all organizational health and safety regulations, ensuring work areas remain tidy
  • reporting any incidents, damages, or potential safety risks

Do you possess the following qualifications? -

  • prior experience in a 5* hotel environment with extensive banqueting and restaurant operations
  • exceptional standards of cleanliness and personal grooming
  • keen attention to detail
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure
  • strong teamwork skills
  • solid understanding of HACCP and COSHH
  • proficient English language skills
