We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Mixologist to join our team at Whelan's, a premium establishment in London. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting unique and exceptional cocktails that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new cocktail recipes and techniques to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests to create a personalized bar experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant licensing laws and responsible alcohol service policies.
  • Participate in staff training, tastings, and events to promote our bar's offerings and enhance customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Mixologist in a high-end establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of licensing laws and responsible alcohol service policies.
  • Passion for mixology and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
