E-Commerce Support Specialist

Are you passionate about food, retail, and a dynamic work environment? Consider joining our team as an Online Order Fulfillment Associate. This role is integral to ensuring our online customer orders are processed efficiently, from the moment they place their order on our website to the delivery at their doorstep.

In this position, you may find yourself on the sales floor selecting items for our customers' orders, with a focus on quality and accuracy. Alternatively, you could be in our online logistics center, assisting with customer inquiries, managing order processing, and collaborating with our delivery team to ensure timely dispatch.

Regardless of your specific duties, you will take pride in delivering exceptional service to our customers and possess a strong attention to detail. Comfort with technology and the ability to engage in physical activity, including lifting shopping containers weighing up to 15kg, is essential.

Please note: If the shifts for this role extend beyond 6am or 11pm, candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
