About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Lawyer to join our team at Summer-Browning Associates. As a key member of our Public Sector team, you will be responsible for delivering complex procurements and providing commercial leadership to strategic procurements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver key procurement activities and provide commercial leadership to complex and strategic procurements.
  2. Ensure procurements conform to our organisation's policies and assurance processes, and comply fully with procurement law.
  3. Provide expertise in Category Management, Framework call-offs, and eProcurement platforms.
  4. Stay up-to-date with Public Contract Regulations 2015 and/or CCS Framework Agreement.

Essential Skills:

  1. Post-qualification experience in Law.
  2. Knowledge in delivering complex procurements.
  3. Experience in Category Management.
  4. Experience of Framework call-offs.
  5. Experience using eProcurement platforms.
  6. Experience in Public Contract Regulations 2015 and/or CCS Framework Agreement (desired).
