Senior Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at a reputable care home in Accrington.

The care home provides specialist care for up to 50 residents and has been rated good in all 5 areas by the CQC.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of care assistants, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supporting a team of care assistants
  • Ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to residents
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of care plans
  • Monitoring and reporting on resident care and well-being

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a Care Assistant within a Care Home setting
  • Experience leading and supporting a team
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
