We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Manager to join our team at Stannah, a leading manufacturing and engineering company.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and exceeding business goals within our Brackley Service Branch.

As the Field Service Manager, you will lead a team of skilled Lift Engineers, guiding them towards successfully achieving our Business Plan targets for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), LOLER defects, and call-outs within our designated area.

You will have the opportunity to shape and inspire your team, ensuring that they consistently deliver exceptional service that aligns with our company values and Health and Safety standards.

The role will involve efficiently planning engineer workloads, managing absence and performance, ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety procedures, conducting risk assessments and method statements, and maintaining relationships with customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within the lift industry or similar service industry with transferable skills is essential
  • Relevant technical or management qualifications would be desirable
