Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team at CDE Group. As a key member of our factory operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the assembly and electrical production processes, ensuring the highest quality standards are met, and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Safety: Ensure full compliance with health and safety policies and procedures, promote a positive safety culture, and conduct regular safety walks.
- People: Manage team performance, provide coaching and feedback, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Delivery: Allocate resources efficiently, lead and motivate the team, and monitor production processes to identify and address bottlenecks.
- Quality: Ensure all products meet or exceed company quality standards, manage non-conformances, and identify areas for process improvement.
- 4 years of experience in a factory environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a factory supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of ERP software, including shop order management and inventory understanding
- Proven organizational skills and ability to effectively plan and organize the workload of a large assembly team
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
