About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager at Bottomline, you will be responsible for leading the delivery and adoption of our solutions for key high-value customers. This role requires strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project managing the delivery and adoption of Bottomline solutions for key high-value customers
  • Managing customer expectations, onboarding, and delivering against project requirements while providing customer service
  • Leading the planning and delivery of customer projects, with ultimate responsibility for time, cost, and quality
  • Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Implementing best practices, techniques, and tools for project planning and management
  • Offering customers domain and subject matter expertise
  • Maintaining customer interaction and management, with sponsors, stakeholders, and users
  • Generating customer-facing documentation, including project plans, and all associated management records
  • Forecasting and delivering against financial targets, aligned to project deliverables
  • Building and maintaining an excellent level of knowledge of Bottomline solutions and the business problems that they solve
  • Contributing to the project management, documentation, technical knowledge base, and training of team members
Requirements
  • Working experience within the project office or project management role
  • Understanding of project management or consultancy role
  • Working knowledge of Agile, PRINCE2, or similar
  • Proven track record of managing high-value projects to conclusion while managing stakeholders
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers at all levels
  • Good commercial awareness
