**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Mobile Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services for commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems in the London M25 area.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Conduct site visits to diagnose and repair issues with air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Work with clients to identify and prioritize maintenance needs
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
**Requirements:**
- NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum)
- NVQ Level 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desirable)
- Fgas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)
- Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
- Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces
- On-Call Rota.
- Good verbal and written communication is important, including the ability to use a mobile device.
- Self motivated and solutions focussed with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.
- Full Drivers License
- Enhanced DBS check
