About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Stylist at our Metro Centre location. As a Stylist, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and styling expertise to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations to customers to enhance their shopping experience
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including current trends, styles, and collections
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of fashion trends and styles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Previous experience in a retail or sales role is an asset
  • Availability to work a part-time schedule, including weekends and holidays
