Job Overview:
Our client is expanding their mobile technician team to enhance their successful service. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team of skilled technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing technical advice and conducting thorough vehicle inspections for diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs.
- Offer outstanding technical support and maintenance for all vehicle brands.
- Comply with relevant protocols set by legislation, the company, manufacturers, and suppliers.
- Commit to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Optimize resource utilization when delivering services.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Fully qualified with City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage processes, administration, and paperwork.
- Ability to support, coach, and develop colleagues and junior team members.
- Hold a valid full driving license with fewer than 9 penalty points for a minimum of 6 months.
- Provide evidence of the right to work in the UK.
