Job Title: Insurance Product Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Product Specialist to join our team at Additional Resources. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategy, managing product features from initiation to delivery, and gathering customer requirements onsite.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute product strategy to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage product features from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and successful launch
  • Gather customer requirements onsite to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction
  • Own and manage product profitability, ensuring commercial success and alignment with business strategy
  • Support the Business Development and Service Delivery teams in driving business growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Insurance Broker, Insurance Consultant, or in a similar role
  • At least 1 year experience in insurance sales and customer service
  • Experience in policy administration, underwriting, or claims handling
  • In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry and relevant regulations
  • Insurance qualifications like Cert CII or higher (desirable)
