About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated High Intensity Therapist CBT to join our team at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions to individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective, evidence-based interventions to individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and carers
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Qualification from High Intensity IAPT Course (Post Graduate Diploma in CBT) or equivalent
  • Accreditation/provisional accreditation with the BABCP
  • Significant experience working as a psychological therapy practitioner and demonstrating the competences as required
  • Full range of skills and competencies as laid out in the competence framework for CBT (Roth and Pilling 2007)
