NJR Recruitment is working with a leading supplier of consumables to the retail industry to find an ambitious individual to join their supply chain team.

The successful candidate will provide a support function to the Inbound supply chain department, effectively managing the day-to-day administration activity as required around the planning team and holiday cover for Imports.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Smaller customer/supplier account management.
  • Responsibility for O & Q line management (ordering/receipting).
  • N & P line order book management.
  • General order book management for wider team.
  • Lost Order Input.
  • Supplier Audits (Lead times, MOQ, Pallet/Layer quantities) completed with feedback to planners.
  • Assisting the planning team and providing holiday and sickness cover as required.
  • Ad hoc reporting and projects.
  • Data analysis as required.
  • Imports (Holiday Cover).

Requirements include:

  • Some experience in a Supply Chain function.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Fully computer literate.
  • Must have a flexible approach to work and be highly organised.
