Facilities Compliance Supervisor

This position entails the development and execution of a comprehensive Global Health & Safety Management System (HSMS) framework, ensuring alignment with local legislation and ISO45001 standards. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for overseeing the ISO14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) within the UK, ensuring adherence to compliance and contributing to the broader ESG Strategy of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish a Compliance Tracking system for effective document management and reporting.
  • Lead the Health & Safety Committee in the UK and work towards expanding this committee on a regional level.
  • Design and implement global Health & Safety Training and Induction programs.
  • Oversee the Display Screen Equipment process and enforce the Healthy Working policy.
  • Analyze near misses, incidents, and accidents to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct internal audits related to Health & Safety and Environmental standards.
  • Manage client questionnaires and assist with various reporting frameworks.
  • Oversee budget planning and processes related to Health & Safety.
  • Support projects and office openings to ensure compliance with HSMS and EMS.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience in implementing ISO14001 standards.
  • Significant Health & Safety experience within professional services.
  • Expertise in policy management and document control.
  • Ability to effectively manage contractors.
  • In-depth knowledge of global statutory and regulatory standards in Facilities Management, Health & Safety, and Environmental practices.
  • Strong administrative and communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to risk management.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
