Mid/Senior Level - Design Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Engineer to join our team at Bela Recruitment. As a Design Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and development of advanced recycling machines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop recycling systems, creating detailed drawings using SolidWorks.
  • Improve product designs and drive innovation across mechanical systems, working independently to identify and implement solutions.
  • Prepare Engineering Drawings, Bills of Materials, Project Planning, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and resolve mechanical issues during the design and manufacturing process, ensuring all designs meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks and experience with design and development of heavy equipment for material processing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
