We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Financial Manager to join our team at i2i Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the finance function across our operations, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial reports and metrics.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and analyze the company's key financial metrics, including profit and loss statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and other financial reports.
- Oversee the finance team, mentor staff, and be accountable for their performance and development.
- Manage capital and ensure accurate absorption of costs, considering factors like standard costs, average time of completion, and actual labor efficiency.
- Maintain Liquidated Damages schedules and warranty schedules, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
- CIMA or ACCA qualified, or within 6 months of completing studies.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of financial management principles.
- Previous experience in Finance Management or as a Management Accountant, with a proven track record of success.
- Advanced IT skills, especially in Excel, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide insights.
- Confidence in managing a small team and collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive business growth.
