About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Knowledge Lawyer to join our team in London. As a key member of our Corporate Finance practice, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lawyers with first-class corporate knowledge, ensuring the quality, consistency, and cost-effectiveness of our advice to clients.

Your primary focus will be on making corporate knowledge from London easily accessible to our fee earners, including knowledge and expertise, precedents, commercial/industry knowhow, updates on key developments, and lawyer requests. You will also be responsible for knowhow development, collecting the Group's knowhow into our global repository of knowledge and populating global, multi-jurisdictional databases and resources.

In addition, you will provide training to our lawyers, including identifying and meeting their training needs, and provide legal input into client-facing initiatives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in corporate finance law, regulation, and market practice applicable to listed companies, with a deep understanding of the Listing Rules, Prospectus Regulation Rules, DTRs, Corporate Governance Code, and Companies Act. You will also have good knowledge of English contract law and either or both of equity capital markets and private M&A.
