Your Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will be at the heart of Kido, embodying our values and contributing to our vibrant culture. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate a safe and stimulating learning atmosphere where every child can flourish.

Collaboration with your team will be essential as you plan, organize, and implement engaging activities that adhere to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Your effective communication skills will enable you to foster strong relationships with parents, children, and colleagues, ensuring the best possible experiences for all.

With a hands-on approach and meticulous attention to detail, you will create memorable learning experiences, utilizing both indoor and outdoor environments. You will take charge of observing and assessing your key children, working closely with them, their families, and your colleagues to establish personalized developmental goals.
