Job Summary:

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join their growing team in the West Yorkshire region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asbestos management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys, as well as excellent communication skills to develop client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting asbestos surveys on commercial, domestic, and industrial sites
• Developing and implementing asbestos management plans to ensure compliance with UKAS accreditation and company policies
• Collaborating with clients to understand their asbestos-related needs and providing expert advice
• Staying up-to-date with the latest asbestos legislations and industry developments

Requirements:

• BOHS P402 qualification with a minimum of 18 months field experience
• Full UK driving license
• Excellent working knowledge of HSG: 248
