Corporate Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join our high-regarded corporate law team in Wigan. As a key member of our team, you will manage a mixed case load of transactional corporate cases, including asset sales and purchases, share sales and purchases, MBOs, restructures, and general commercial cases.
About the RoleAs a Corporate Solicitor, you will work closely with our department manager and business development manager to assist the team in its growth strategy. This will provide you with great prospects for career progression and development.
You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, shareholder agreements, and other commercial documents. Our firm is well-placed to gain further high-value work from clients and referrers alike.
