Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to fill the role of Light Commercial Vehicle Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of light commercial vehicles. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex faults on light commercial vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and recommend preventative maintenance
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
- Stay up-to-date with manufacturer training and industry developments to maintain expertise
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience as a Light Commercial Vehicle Technician
- Strong knowledge of light commercial vehicle systems and components

What We Offer
The Solution Automotive Limited offers a competitive salary, ranging from £30,000 to £33,000 basic, plus bonus, with an OTE of £34,000 to £37,000++. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including training and development opportunities, to support your career growth and success.
