This role offers a unique opportunity to develop a career in finance while working with a dynamic team at LMP Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase ledger invoices efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle supplier and staff queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage mailbox communications and ensure adherence to Dixons Scheme of Financial Delegation.
  • Conduct monthly statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support the delivery of curriculum and operational objectives.
  • Investigate and answer routine queries arising from budget holders, management, and other finance colleagues.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving purchase ledger issues.
  • Maintain accounting spreadsheets and departmental storage and retrieval systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including Maths and English.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Adequate level of IT and numeracy skills.
  • Team worker.
  • Pragmatic and flexible approach to work.
