About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our residential service in Edlington, Doncaster. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans to promote independence and positive outcomes
  • Conduct care needs assessments and recruit new colleagues to join our team
  • Complete supervisions, appraisals, and medication audits to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Manage the service's P&L and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to provide seamless support

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role
  • Level 5 in Health & Social Care and experience line managing a large team
  • Ability to undertake CQC registration and maintain regulatory compliance
