Position Overview:
*We are considering both full-time and part-time candidates for this position.* Are you enthusiastic about providing outstanding customer support and assisting members in a professional and member-centric setting? We are seeking a committed individual to become part of our Membership team at The Midcounties Co-operative.

As a Member Benefits Administrator, you will be essential in delivering efficient and high-quality support via telephone, administration, and email to our esteemed members and colleagues.

Your duties will encompass addressing inquiries promptly, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and managing complaints with assurance and professionalism.

In this role, you will:

  • Offer dependable, precise, and timely assistance to current members, prospective members, and all colleagues
  • Be accountable for updating and maintaining all records in accordance with current policies and the Data Protection Act
  • Support membership events as needed and by arrangement (occasionally outside regular hours)
  • Ensure that key performance indicators and service level agreements are fulfilled to meet our members' expectations

This role is part of a team based from our Head Office, with a combination of remote work and in-office presence; you will need to be able to travel to the office on designated days.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Experience in a call center, helpdesk, or similar customer service environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with databases is advantageous
