Role Overview:
As a Growth Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of the Engineering and Growth Teams, collaborating closely with the founders and CTO to enhance their products and significantly influence the health technology and wellness sector.

Essential Skills for Growth Software Engineer:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a growth-focused role or as a growth engineer.
  • Expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript, backed by a solid foundation in software engineering principles.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic, high-caliber engineering team in a fast-paced, iterative setting.
  • At least 2 years of practical experience in your area of specialization (Frontend, Backend, etc.).
  • Professional background in A/B testing methodologies.

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering comprehensive features, from initial design through to deployment, testing, and ongoing maintenance.

  • Experience with serverless architectures, AWS, and contributions to open-source projects.
  • Experience in delivering features from conception to release and support.
