About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager Designate to join our retail field team covering stores across Tyne & Wear and Durham. As a Store Manager Designate, you will be responsible for leading a team of store staff and volunteers to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of store staff and volunteers to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and inventory control
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with the retail field team to share best practices and improve store performance
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback to store staff
About You

We are looking for someone with previous retail supervisory experience and a proven track record of delivering sales growth and excellent customer service. You will need to be proactive, driven, and commercially aware, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Store Manager Designate, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and take on additional responsibilities as you progress in your career.
