Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our buyer services and marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with our existing roster of registered buyers in the used car industry.
The role involves creating daily hit lists for relevant upcoming sale events at our auction centres, using our bespoke CRM platform to identify ideal sale events and locations for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Contact newly activated accounts to ensure the onboarding process is completed within set timescales
- Build lasting relationships with customers to understand their current stock requirements
- Strive to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets, recording all outcomes
- Use CRM data to identify target audiences of lost and lapsed accounts and engage with them
- Manage CRM to record accurate contact information and activities, identify key milestones, and information on contacts
- Support the buyer services and marketing team with relevant inbound buyer calls
- Liaise with relevant teams to address customer service concerns or outstanding grievances
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships
- Excellent telephone manner with both cold and warm calls
- Strong organizational and time-keeping skills to manage communications, targets, and CRM updates
- Ability to work independently while engaging with the buyer services and marketing teams
- Experience in the automotive sector is an advantage
- Competitive salary (dependent on experience)
