Experience in accounting or administration is crucial for this Sales Administration role.

Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with systems such as Kerridge, V8 REV8, Key loop, CDK, and Drive systems.
Enjoy collaborating as part of a team and supporting colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate order and delivery activities
- Collaborate with the Sales team to process vehicle orders in accordance with sales requirements
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team
- Complete sales invoicing while ensuring all costs are accounted for
- Handle all pre-delivery administration, including vehicle registration and insurance
- Support the Sales team and Corporate Sales Specialist by keeping them informed of customer order statuses
- Enter vehicle job sheet details into the After Sales department system
- Work with the After Sales team to ensure service invoices are completed
Stock Management:
- Create and update stock lists while managing the centre database
- Oversee the stock management system and report any technical issues
- Maintain accurate stock records for new, used, and fleet vehicles
- Advise the Sales team on stock activity to keep them informed
- Ensure proper authorization for new stock orders
- Provide necessary data input for financial reporting and customer database management
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with colleagues across the centre to enhance service delivery
- Follow up on sales opportunities from other teams
- Collaborate with colleagues to address and resolve customer complaints
