This position entails collaborating closely with students who have received disciplinary actions and communicating with guardians to ensure a unified and supportive strategy towards student conduct.


Position:
Student Behaviour Coordinator

Location:
Tradewind Recruitment

Hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm

Salary:
Up to £100 per day

Contract:
Maternity cover for the full academic year

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage student conduct records, ensuring precise documentation.
Engage with parents regarding student behaviour and academic progress, nurturing strong home-school partnerships.
Support students assigned to disciplinary measures, providing guidance and assistance.
Enforce and maintain the institution's conduct policies and protocols.
Collaborate with educators and senior management to promote a positive educational atmosphere.
Utilize SIMS (School Information Management System) for documenting and monitoring student behaviour (familiarity with SIMS is beneficial)

Qualifications and Experience:
Experience in an administrative capacity, ideally within an educational context.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, especially in establishing rapport with young individuals.
Capability to handle sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Familiarity with SIMS is advantageous but not mandatory.
