Your Responsibilities

As a Bank Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Empowering individuals to live the lives they want to lead
  • Developing daily living skills
  • Supporting individuals to access their communities for socialization, employment, training, or friendships
  • Contributing to, developing, and implementing individual care plans
  • Communicating effectively and professionally with service users, their family members, and external professionals
  • Maintaining the health needs of service users
