About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Notaro Care Homes. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate quality nursing care to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
  • Work closely with the Home Manager, Deputy Manager, and other Nurses to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Supervise and train care assistants to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care and safety.
Requirements
  • Hold a 1st or 2nd level registration on the appropriate part of the NMC register.
  • Hold a current valid NMC Pin number.
  • Evidence of PREP hours.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.
  • Be able to work flexibly and as part of a team.
