The successful candidate will have a proven track record in qualitative research, particularly in the context of behavioural science, and will have experience in designing and delivering implementation and process evaluations.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to Team Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead Project Teams: Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring high-quality results, timely completion, and effective client management.
- Participate in New Business Activities: Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing, client pitches, and profile-raising activities.
- Develop Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and optimal value from both their and our perspectives.
