Our Global Mobility and Immigration Team

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Mobility and Immigration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing, coordinating, and ensuring compliance with immigration legislation for international secondments, assignments, and permanent hires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all cases are complete and files are compliant with immigration legislation
  • Conduct weekly reviews of Immigration Compliance reports and ensure any relevant changes are reported to the relevant authorities
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to immigration timelines and processes for all new and existing cases
  • Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports on immigration
  • Provide secondment briefings to new secondees and serve as a professional point of contact throughout the secondment process
  • Advise business on right to work check processes and manage any issues
  • Work with the relocation provider to arrange temporary accommodation and monitor and manage any issues
  • Request visa invoices and calculate the amount reclaimable from leavers and share the details with HR
  • Escalate policy or process exceptions, compliance risks, vendor performance issues, and assignee complaints to the Global Mobility Manager as appropriate

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Global Mobility or Immigration role in a large, complex organisation
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational, analytical, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and function effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisation skills, resilience, and a can-do attitude
