Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, test, and validate clinical data programs and applications to ensure data quality and integrity.
  2. Ensure compliance with CDISC SDTM standards for clinical data, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  3. Utilize visualization tools such as Spotfire or other similar tools to create insightful data visualizations, facilitating data-driven decision making.
  4. Write and maintain Python scripts for data manipulation and analysis, optimizing data processing and extraction.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, data management, and biostatistics, to support clinical data needs and ensure seamless data integration.
  6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior programmers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  7. Participate in the development and implementation of data management plans, ensuring data governance and compliance.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues in a timely manner, minimizing data disruptions and ensuring business continuity.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  2. Extensive experience in clinical data programming and management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  3. Proficiency in CDISC SDTM standards, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  4. Strong experience with visualization tools such as Spotfire or similar, with a focus on data visualization and storytelling.
  5. Advanced Python programming skills, with expertise in data manipulation and analysis.
  6. Experience with Databricks is preferred, with a strong understanding of big data processing and analytics.
  7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  8. Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a proven track record of collaboration and leadership.
  9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a focus on prioritization and time management.
