Telesales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team at Elite Mobile Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services to existing and potential customers.

About the Role

  • Make outbound calls to customers to promote our products and services, and to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with our sales team to achieve personal targets and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, and be able to communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and provide ongoing support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities to improve our sales processes and customer service.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Polite, confident, and friendly manner, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, and meet targets and deadlines.
  • Understanding of direct marketing legislation and regulations.
  • Basic computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Target-driven and motivated individual, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks, with a strong focus on time management and productivity.
