Lead and Mentor a Team of Veterinary Professionals

We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to lead and mentor our team at a rapidly growing first opinion small animal practice in North Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the practice forward and take charge of an enthusiastic team.
  • Work closely with the practice leadership team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Mentor and develop the skills of junior veterinary staff.
  • Ensure high-quality patient care and excellent client service.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
  • Registered with the RCVS.
  • Experience as a veterinary surgeon with good medical and surgical skills.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a clinical team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Salary range to £80,000.00 per annum (subject to experience).
