We are seeking a skilled Relief Head Chef to join our team at Personnel Solutions. As a Relief Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team in various residential care homes in the Devon area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the preparation and serving of meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Ensure high-quality food standards are maintained at all times
  • Supervise and train junior staff members to achieve excellent customer service and food quality
  • Collaborate with our clients to understand their specific dietary requirements and preferences
  • Conduct regular kitchen audits to maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Current DBS certificate
  • Experience in cooking for special dietary requirements
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
