Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Door Engineer/Technician to join our field-based team in Scotland. This role involves the installation, servicing, and maintenance of industrial doors and docking equipment within Scotland. The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and maintain industrial doors and docking equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Diagnose and repair complex technical issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

  • Apprentice-trained or time-served in a maintenance or installation-related field
  • Basic electrical knowledge required
  • Knowledge and/or experience of hydraulics preferred
  • Experience in the industrial door or related industry
  • Ability to work at heights
  • IT literacy
  • UK driver's license required
