The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with independent retailers or in a Cluster or Area Manager role for a convenience store operator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate products and services to existing and potential customers, ensuring they select the best options for their needs.
  • Work with customers to develop effective marketing strategies, including merchandising and product placement.
  • Research and use CRM data to identify new business opportunities and assess customer value.
  • Develop business plans to support the growth of independent retailers.
  • Analyse market potential and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop action plans to win or lose quickly.
  • Stay up-to-date with product applications, technical services, market conditions, and competitive activities.
The Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager who can work effectively with independent retailers. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the convenience store market and be able to develop and implement effective business strategies.

The Package

Our client is offering a salary of up to £38,000 plus bonus, car, and benefits for this Business Development Manager position.
