Join Our Team as a Retail Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Retail Assistant to join our team in Motherwell, North Lanarkshire. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our shop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel welcome and valued.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues.
  • Operate the tills efficiently, providing a fast and friendly service.
  • Handle stock with care, receiving and storing deliveries, and maintaining a clean and organized shop floor.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and weekly goals, ensuring the shop is safe, clean, and tidy.
Requirements:
  • A positive and hardworking attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
  • A reliable and punctual approach, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
