Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Thomas Jean Associates Ltd. As a key member of our payroll bureau, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, monthly, and annual payrolls. Your duties will include managing all aspects of payroll and pension processing, setting up new PAYE and pension schemes, uploading pension contributions to various pension providers, and processing salary payments. You will also be responsible for auto-enrolment duties, RTI, CIS, and year-end payroll procedures, including P60 reporting.
