Job SummaryWe're seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Early Careers Programme 2024. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the insurance industry, working closely with our experienced colleagues to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Support our account handlers in managing client portfolios, including day-to-day enquiries and policy renewals.
- Partner with account handlers and executives to grow existing client portfolios and identify new opportunities.
- Learn policy wording and underwriting guidelines to support customers with claims enquiries.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information across our systems, performing checks to ensure compliance with processes.
- 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in partnership with colleagues.
- Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- An interest in financial services and a desire to develop your insurance career.
